이지피티테크, 독립형 모바일업무플렛폼 “파워PT허브 v3.0” 출시

전자문서회의 및 전자투표시스템 개발 전문기업 (주)이지피티테크(대표이사 한상범, www.thatsgood.com)는 기업과 단체, 커뮤니티, 가정에서도 활용 가능한 독립형 모바일 업무 플랫폼 ‘파워PT허브 v3.0(PowerPT Hub v3.0)’을 공식 출시했다고 16일 밝혔다. 파워PT허브 v3.0은 인터넷 클라우드에 의존하지 않고 자체 소형(미니) 서버를 구축해 운영할 수 있는 것이 특징으로, 태블릿과 스마트폰 등 모바일 기기를 중심으로 회의, 보고, 문서 관리, 개인 데이터 백업까지 통합적으로 처리할 수 있다.

■ 태블릿 기반 모바일 오피스 구현

이번 버전은 기존 스마트 전자회의 시스템을 기반으로 회의실 환경뿐 아니라 대면 보고, 소규모 회의 등 다양한 업무 상황에서 활용할 수 있도록 기능을 확장했다. 특히 회의 예약 기능을 개선하여 최소 라이선스로도 다양한 형태의 회의를 운영할 수 있도록 했으며, 스마트 단말기로 기록한 사진·음성·영상 데이터를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 ‘전자수첩’ 기능을 새롭게 추가했다. 모든 데이터는 중앙 서버에 저장되어 단말기를 분실하더라도 중요한 정보가 손실되지 않는다.

■ 조직 단위 정보 공유 - e-캐비넷 기능

파워PT허브는 조직 단위로 데이터를 관리할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 회사, 부서, 팀, 커뮤니티 등 다양한 조직을 하나의 서버에서 생성하여 운영할 수 있으며, 조직별 자료와 개인 자료를 동시에 관리하고 공유할 수 있는 ‘e-캐비넷’ 기능을 제공한다. 이를 통해 조직 내 게시판, 자료실, 일정 공유는 물론 전자회의와 스마트보고를 조직별로 구분하여 운영할 수 있다. 예를 들어 교육기관에서는 반 단위로, 기업에서는 부서 단위로 조직을 구성해 관리자가 독립적으로 운영할 수 있다.

■ 스마트폰 데이터 통합관리 — 폰연동 기능

최근 개인 데이터가 스마트폰에 집중되는 환경을 반영해 폰연동 기능도 강화됐다. 연락처, 통화기록, 통화녹음, 문자, 사진, 일정 등 스마트폰 데이터를 서버로 가져와 관리할 수 있으며, 편집한 연락처를 다시 스마트폰으로 전송하는 기능도 지원한다. 또한 캘린더 기반 인터페이스를 통해 특정 날짜의 통화 및 메시지 기록을 한눈에 확인할 수 있어 스마트폰 데이터를 효율적으로 보관하고 정리할 수 있다.

■ 가족서버 활용 가능 – 개인 데이터 백업 솔루션

파워PT허브 v3.0은 기업뿐 아니라 개인 및 가족 단위에서도 활용할 수 있도록 설계됐다. 사용하지 않는 구형 스마트폰이나 미니PC 장치를 가족 서버로 활용하여 사진과 개인 데이터를 안전하게 보관하고 공유할 수 있으며, 클라우드 서비스에 의존하지 않고 자체적으로 데이터를 관리할 수 있다. 메인 서버와 보조 서버 간 동기화 기능을 통해 장애 발생 시에도 데이터 보호가 가능하도록 설계됐다.
